We use a highly customized ERP platform based on Dolibarr, which was developed specifically for the management of decentralized water and kiosk systems. The system digitizes the entire value chain: from recording meter readings in villages to automated, accounting-compliant invoicing.
Our unique selling point is our integrated receivables management: each invoice not only shows the customer their current consumption, but also displays all outstanding debts, partial payments, and credits in a transparent and fully automated manner. In addition, the system manages different business areas (water supply and ice cream sales) with separate financial flows in a single interface.
