Create a Customer

Login in Dolibarr, then

1. Have a look at the blue bar at the top of the screen
2. Click on “Third parties“
3. Click on “New Customer“
4. Fill in the customer name =Third-party name
5. Optional: Alias like Bakery or Shop or School
6. Add also useful Informations like City, Mobile, Third-party Type (Company/Private individual)
7. Default language set to French (this will always create invoices in french)
8. Set TAG: For Ice “Client Glaze” and for Water “Client Eau” – this will divide the customers for the system

Another option:

1. Click on “Billing“
2. Click on “New Invoice“
3. Click the PLUS button in the right sight of the customer field
4. Then the partes from above

Click on “Create Third Party” at the bottom of the screen.
